I have been registered with them for years and have never had any difficulty in getting an appointment same day with the doctor. The staff is very courteous and polite and the doctor has excellent knowledge and experience. Couple of times, when needed, they did Ultra Sound scan for me during my visit, which was great as through NHS I would have to wait for weeks or months.Their charges are very reasonable and I always recommend them to my family and friends.

My experience at the surgery was very good. The staff is polite and friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Their charges are reasonable and overall I am very pleased with their service.

Thank you for saving life. My brother needed emergency appointment to see doctor, as he was in big pain. He was seen the same day by doctor and had his blood test done. Gladly clinic contacted the same evening with results and adviced to rush him to hospital a with suspected kidney failure. They have written referral with test result and we have gone directly to A&E. Thank you Uni clinic for pointing out this critical moment for us, as that has saved his life.

I know the staff and GP for over 10 years now. GP is professional, knowledgeable and emphatic. I believe I've received the right advice on any visit. I suppose complex health issues will need more investigations and therefore second, third opinion as common practice anyway.

Fantastic experience! Very helpful and warm staff. I was able to see the GP on the same day (50min after speaking with reception). The doctor gave me the time I need and was very informative and professional. Always recommend if you need an urgent help from the doctor!
