I would give a zero start if it was possible. So glad it's shutting down. Reception people have no idea what they are doing, very unprofessional. You sit for an hour to see the doc and when your getting seen by doc, he stands, runs around from one room to the other and your five min is gone. How is an ill person meant to feel comfortable and relaxed to talk about their problem when the doc looks like his about to walk out of the room any second.

Had problems with hospital negligence, doctor called the hospital and ripped them a new one. Keeps in contact to make sure everything is being done. All these people moaning about wait time should just calm down suck it up. Some people require more medical help than others that is why there will always be a long waiting time. Stop being selfish and wait like a human being. If you don't like it, go private health care. Simple.

Waiting time at least 1 hr after booked appointment, doctor consultation is "only for one problem at a time". My mother was complaining for 2 years and he kept on prescribing her paracetamol...now she is diagnosed with thyroid cancer IV type....because of this unprofessional we missed all good chances to treat her and it is all his blame that she is very sick now and in life danger....SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I've always found the reception staff polite and kind and the GP helpful. Yes I have had to wait to get seen, but given the volume of patients and the pressure on the NHS I can forgive this

Waiting time is 50 mins to 1 hour every time. When you complain to them they don't even apologise. Staff are very complaisant. This surgery needs to be shut down.
