TIME TO FIND A NEW PRACTICE Our 9 month old has cold symptoms and is covered head to toe in a rash which is rapidly getting worse. My doctor friends advised me to make an appointment ASAP with our GP. So we've been trying to book little Ayub in for an appointment. But time and time again we are told to call back the following day as there are no appointments available. After 6 weeks of this they finally made an appointment for us. Relief! My wife cancelled her plans to take our baby in but was told by the front desk that they can't see a booking for us in their system as no booking had been made and so we were sent away. Unbelievable! So we're back to square one. Trying to make an appointment but for some reason the lines are closed. Its now 4pm on Monday 10th July and we've been calling since 12 noon and nada. Not like its a bank holiday. Anyway we're off to A&E. My sympathies to all those sickly and old patients registered here who can't get seen let alone treated. What they must be going through!!
