For appointments you have to wait for 15-20 min on phone to answer your call and after that they say appointments are full for that day.. I called them on Monday but they were full.. so operator told me to call next morning.. again Tuesday they were full.. and they can't book appointment for any other available time.. atleast they would have given me appointment for any available time.. It's useless GP service... Wasted my 8£ on phone.. So finally I changed the surgery...

I can see that most of the reviews are for the same thing. You have to change that receptionis. I tried to call from 8:00 and they answer in 5 min and they told me they are fully booked after telling her my name. How can be fully booked in 5 min and why she didn’t say it’s fully booked after telling her that I want an appointment, why she needs my name to say they are fully booked ?? I told her if it’s possible for tomorrow, she said that I have to call again tomorrow and she hang up. Please somebody needs to do something

I urge you NEVER to use this Surgery. It is a racist dump. If you are white British indigenous and speak English you WILL be discriminated against. The all-Indian staff speak in their own language and give preferential treatment to their own race and culture. I was left waiting for over an hour with my seriously autistic son needing emergency medication. The staff and Practice Manager refused to help me and treated me with the utmost contempt and vitriol. The property is also in a disgusting state. It is absolutely filthy. It is chaotic and disorganised with rubbish and equipment laying everywhere. Even the builder came into reception to complain about all the rubbish lying around. This Surgery should be closed down with immediate effect. I am in the process of issuing a formal complaint to the NHS regarding my treatment at this surgery.

The GP centre has a new telephone system and it is equivalent to holding on the phone line and trying to get through to a broadband provider. 25-30 min wait. Shocking really. absolutely shocking. Theres me thinking they wanted to make an improvement. but why would I think that. Thank goodness the doctors are brilliant.

Monday 18th December. I have been try the phone since 1pm and time now is 5.20pm. It's either busy or no one answers. I think the keepnyje phone off the hook deliberately. This happens quite often. Terrible phone service.
