Excellent and courteous service by all members of staff (receptionist(s), nurse(s), doctor(s)). It is always difficult to get an appointment, but that is all GP surgeries! The iOS NHS app from 2017 onwards now enables patients to book a GP appointment - one month in advance, 24 hours a day. If my medical needs have been more urgent, I have then attended King George Hospital [GP Service].

SERVICE IS AWFUL. They have no consideration for people who work. Emergency appointments are next to impossible to book. Staff are rude and argumentative. They have no customer service skills. Unfortunately I couldn't post this unless I clicked on a star, which it does not deserve.

Terrible surgery. The only reason this surgery still has patients is because of dr shakthi. The receptionist staff are unbelievably rude, it is literally impossible to get an appointment, regardless of if you call at 9am Monday morning. They tell you to call back the next day, and then the next etc.

Yo this place is lit. Ngl I had the best time bunning in the toilets. However, it did take me approximately 47 calls to book an emergency appointment. Unacceptable. 😒

Never ever get same day appointment by phone.They always ask to phone in the morning but line always busy.Don't like and trust the doctors except Dr.Shahid and Dr.Nowrin.
