Welcome to The DJ Shop. We are one of the longest running DJ equipment suppliers in the UK. We supply DJ and studio production equipment to all from amateurs to professionals. We stock a vast array of equipment including DJ controllers, DJ mixers, DJ decks, monitor speakers, DJ headphones, disco lighting and DJ equipment packages from all the leading brands across the industry.

You will find our prices competitive and for making purchases that bit easier we have a DJ equipment finance scheme in place with the largest and most reputable finance companies in the retail sector that offer highly affordable low APR. To simply qualify you must spend over £250, be 18 years old or over, reside in the UK, provide address/es for a period of 3 years minimum and have no previous ‘bad’ credit history. In addition to the online store thedjshop.co.uk boasts the largest showroom on the South Coast. We have a large quantity of products on display, including the latest, all ready for demonstration. We also have several highly experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand to assist with any product information you require or query you may have. Amazing customer service, communication, I was so pleased I purchased with this business. Kept me as informed as possible given that they have been swamped with orders, backlog of stock and courier issues. Always answer the phone and are so knowledgeable and trustworthy for their advice. I have no idea if The DJ Shop was around when I was at uni in Southampton, but like my DJ-ing journey I wish I'd started and known about them then!

Tried ordering once. Wont try again. I placed an order via their Amazon store on Jan 4th. Delivery was due between 18th and 20th. Quite long for an Amazon order but I was OK to wait. Item was supposedly despatched on Jan 10th. Depsite the delay and the Royal mail issues happening at the moment, they still sent the parcel with RM instead of a courier. No tracking number was supplied. I contact them to ask for one, they said they would get back to me, but after several days I never heard back. Finally I got an email yesterday saying that the order was "undelivered" and would be refunded. A delivery was never attempted. So if RM did have it then i guess they just returned it as they were too busy to deliver? Regardless, DJWAREHOUSE never contacted me to see if I still wanted it and to resend it out perhaps with a trackable courier and instead just issued the refund. Terrible service. Lack of communication. And looking at their Ts & Cs on their website they also like to break the law regarding things like your right to a return etc, so certainly don't order from them direct. Luckily Amazon are little hassle when it comes to sorting things like this. Very shady company. Avoid at all costs.
They take your money but seemingly have little care about refunding it. They quote 14 working days from the time of cancelation when under "The Consumer Rights Act 2015" It's 14 days NOT 14 working days! Trading standards here I come!
Good customer service, ordered on Tuesday via the website for a pair of alto ts308 speakers, received order friday. Would recommend to future customers.
A big thanks to Mac!!! Hadn't much of a clue about modern DJ equipment however Mac was more than happy to advise me on all the different set up! Will definitely be back when more equipment needed! Cheers once again Mac!
Very friendly and helpful staff plus they looked to have plenty of audio gear in stock.
The best customer service out there. I work in retail too and these guys go far beyond what's expected, they respond to email out of hours even on a Sunday or they'll ring you again out of opening hours, nothing is too much trouble - really impressed, thank you.
Great all round experience with these guys, really helpful and the product I ordered came really quick! Would recommend to all!!
Not recommend. Zero answers on e-mail, they don't care about your order even after 2 weeks.
