Bought what they said was a lenovo laptop charging cable from them, turns out it's just a generic cheap lead that doesn't fit properly that they charged me £40 for!

Excellent customer service. I am a student and not local to Southampton, having just recently moved down. I had issues with my laptop and the university informed me of ports wood computers. The manager made sure my laptop was made priority as i explained i needed it for my lectures starting the next day. would highly recommend to all students- swift service
