Excellent as always. It's the only place I trust to fit my light bulbs especially as my car is rather old! The whole process is hassle free from start to finish. The Cashier and the Fitter were both absolutely super, professional and very friendly. I would recommend Halfords 100%
I managed to purchase the things I needed to help me remove rain water sitting on my car's back window. A member of staff Antoine helped me find the articles I needed in Halfords and he then spent some time demonstrating to me how to use the items to keep my rear window clear with the things that stop rain drops remaining on the back window. I would not have been able to achieve what he did without his demonstration. I feel very grateful for his kind help.
Normally very helpful & knowledgeable but my mother-in-law went to have a bulb replaced & was told they can't do it, she would have to go to a garage, so she asked me. She has an 06 fiesta & it took all of about 5 minutes. Its a fiesta, 1 of the most common cars in the country! I dread to think how much a garage would have charged her. Very poor
Really friendly staff only too happy to help. We managed to get my sons tyre done in store straight away. So he's one happy bunny now.
Had emergency engine oil message in car today with 3+ hour drive home ahead of us. The staff were very helpful especially Carl who was very calming to 2 stressed ladies miles from home. Would highly recommend this Halfords to anyone.

After my one of my headlights went last night I managed to find the right bulbs, order it and get it fitted the next day. Its great that they offer payment assist which i have used for my tyres and klarna cause i dont know how i would have managed it. The staff were fast, efficient and really nice. Strongly recommend!
On the advice of my garage I took my car battery back to Halfords to get it tested as it was under warranty. The battery was tested in my car after a wait of half an hour. The test machine reported suspiciously low ratings saying it was giving out less than 8 volts and 16 amps it’s an 800 amp hour battery. I’m surprised by this as before I went to Halfords my multimeter showed it giving over 12 volts out and it would have charged during the drive there. Anyway they said because it was so low it wasn’t covered by the warranty and was considered misuse. Suspiciously despite its poor readings it still had enough power to start the car and get me home. So the warranty is worthless and buying a car battery will be another thing I now do online where it’s cheaper and easier, as my only reason for using Halfords is now gone.
Massive massive thank you to antione who went out of his way on a busy day to help me and my friends got a bike rack so we could make a safe travel to our destination with peace of mind, he took his time and done a good proper job despite it being busy! 10/10 customer service
I went in for a tyre check as I had a low pressure warning light come up on my car. Joe was brilliant and said Halfords do tyre checks and he also told me about the Halfords Motoring Club which I joined. Very happy with the service, thank you Joe
