The Crown Inn

Well kept cask ale, which immediately gives it an extra star. Good basic pub food. Quite a large menu so some of it might be boil in the bag stuff. Barstaff welcoming and pleasant. Also waiting staff not over intrusive. Clean and by the look of it genuinely historic building.

we love the crown at Stratton they have a quiz on a Sunday that we go to every Sunday and it's the best quiz, staff are absolutely amazing they are so friendly and I have eaten food there before and it is proper good they also do rock and roll bingo on a Thursday which is also good

Very pleasant Pub (food is good), would be even better if they would allow dogs on a regular basis. Would be a nice place to walk to.

We had lunch for 4. 3 of us had a main course, 1 had soup. Excellent value for the price except the soup which was a little cold and a very small bowl. The crown burgers were very good. Would definitely go there again.

Great pub, with a good menu to select from. Bar staff to have a better smile, felt like they weren't happy. Very busy which is a good sign.
