Very good hotel. Have stayed here several times, would definitely recommend. Helpful, polite and efficient staff. Clean spacious rooms.  Very good variety in breakfast; hot cooked, and continental. Good parking options very close to the hotel. Centrally located. A few minutes drive from the McArthur Glenn Swindon Designer Outlet, and a few minutes walk to the train station and town centre.nOnly discrepancy was breakfast end  time. Apart from that, everything else was very good.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The room was warm and clean...beds so comfortable.  It had everything you need for a stay- iron, board hairdryer ,tea etc.,nThe staff were exceptional...sorting issues with calmness, ease and efficency, especially Leah.nBreakfast was fantastic- plentiful with both hot and cold choices.nWe will definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone.  Working in hospitality i know how hard a job it is....the  whole team here is obviously excellent.

Great stay.  Clean, well presented room.  Excellent service.  Nice bar and restaurant.  Good breakfast choice.  Parking is limited and spaces are narrow but apart from that, would definitely recommend.

We are retuning customers.. so I organised something special for valentines day for my wife, tia behind the desk decorated the whole room with valentine's decorations i had brought in a day befor valentine's, with flowers and a bottle of wine all ready for my wife to see when she walked through the door. It looked incredible! I was so happy with the outcome! So tia thank you so much for your effort and how amazing the room looked! I just want to say to that, all the other staff are absolutely lovely to, so polite, and the breakfast in the morning to was beautiful! We will definitely be retuning! 5 stars all day long.

I have been in a Leonardo hotel in more than one location and there is a consistent quality across the board. As soon as you walk in theres a selection of water dispensers with different fruits in them, friendly professional staff at the desk and a fresh subtly floral scent throughout the downstairs.nnOn our second stay here we were given little vouchers for a free coffee each and discount on in house food which was a nice touch.nnIve stayed in many hotels and the king size beds here are the best. So comfortable. My partner and I like to get away and just bunker down in a hotel with a takeaway. I like that in thr king-size rooms there are two chairs not just one so we can both sit and eat a meal or play a board game.nnThe hygiene is always impeccable and you never have to wait long for a lift as there are 3.
