Easy to find, large car park. Could do with an entrance from car park rather than having to walk around to front of the hotel.nCheck in was simple and our room was available early.nFifth floor room but facing the road so some noise especially when window open.Ac unit didn't worknRoom was very clean and beds extremely comfortable, however the room did get quite warm in the night.nBreakfast was a good buffet, but not sure what the potatoes were a good idea, they were supposed to be roast, but more like new potatoes with skins on.nCheck out also simple Online option
My partner and I had to book in last minute as our car was written off by a boy racer , obviously not an ideal situation.nnBut Colin and his team were incredible, he showed so much empathy for our situation and made what was a horrible experience much better, all the staff were chatty, friendly and were so helpful and understanding.nnI've never been to Swindon but if I come back I'll be staying here as the service was above and beyond. Thanks everyone there sorry if its spelled Collin
Fantastic stay! The reception was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!
Rooms are good but the shower is a letdown. Location is excellent, walkable from the railway station as well as to the city centre. Roadworks nearby for the next few months so it's more difficult to get to and from the hotel, which they should be telling us upfront but don't.nnGood breakfast and friendly staff.
Enjoy this hotel when visiting friends. Nice and modern, clean and has all the amenities you need. Little disappointed that heating was broken, and some of the things in the room were out dated and needed freshening up, but heating was resolved. .otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Will visit again.
