Got a great deal in January 2018. £60 for Abigail room with 2 double beds. Had a dip in the pool. Room was a bit chilly but had a heater in room. Quiet hotel. Good night sleep. Treated us to the full English breakfast the next morning. Was well worth the £15.

As part of social event rooms were great value. Everyone had a great time. Food was tad slow but very tasty. Wine was poor but otherwise great night. Would recommend. Staff attentive.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are amazing! The staff are lovely and helpful! My only two complaints are, we were meant to have a cocktail each included and this wasn’t met and also the spa was not open.

My two loving sons treated me to a Spa Day and this Hotel provided the perfect things.  A chance to try out their well equipped gym, a swim, then a very tasty light lunch, a massage and followed by a manicure. All polished off with a cocktail of my choice in the friendly bar just upstairs.
Ive told my sons they can give me that "Me" time treat, any time they wish.

First of all the staff should get 5 stars, everyone we spoke to was friendly, polite and very helpful when required. We booked a deluxe family room but were given a standard, although we were given an upgrade within about an hour we declined as we'd unpacked. The room consisted of 2 standard double beds and a cot which was provided, it was in good condition however the fridge was turned off and I had to pull it out in order to turn it on. There are 2 main points for my 3 stars, the first is there was no free internet (unless you were a member and booked direct) and they wanted something like £4 per hour! The second point was the cost and quality of the food in the Cast Iron Bar, I don't mind paying for good quality food but this wasn't even as good as meals I've had at Premieer Inns but about 25% more expensive. The breakfast on the other hand was very good, with a great selection with some things being cooked on request.
