Stayed here new years Eve, got a great deal with dinner. Best lamb I've ever had. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Well located too.

We arrived late-is and the reception was warm, unlike our room in which the windows had been left open and the heating left off; took an hour for our toes to thaw. Very hard bed and tired decor. Bathroom ventilation inadequate and towel rail not working. Occasional lamps also not working. We ordered breakfast to be delivered to our room: for around £20.00 - each - we expected better. The cheapest processed bread and not much of it, the eggs forgotten altogether; when the latter did arrive they were delivered on a stone-cold plate. And mean with tea/coffee. In sum, stingy for the price. This is a hotel in need of a makeover .

Staff were attentive and helpful, my partner forgot his charger and they found him one. Breakfast was great. Welcome pack for kids, water both still and sparkling selection of hot drinks and biscuits all complimentary in room. Only thing that was not ideal was free WiFi signal was very poor in my room.

Couldn't be in a better position, and having parking is brilliant. A couple of minutes walk to the bridge to Windsor centre too. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. If I need accommodation in Eton again, I'll go there again.
