Nice stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was actually very good especially for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, probably friendly staff than any other Premier Inn I've stayed at.nThe only down side is that there's no parking, you can park 5mins away at a long stay carpark tho so it's not to bad.
The rooms were spotless, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. The bed and pillows were especially good quality.nnStaff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and quick.nnThe location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — everything is within walking distance.nnHighly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
The room was clean and the bed was good.nWhen turning on the lights in the badroom it looks like I was standing next to an airplane. The ceiling fan makes an awful noise. It hate it when it need to shower in the bad. The shower head is fixed to the wall which isn't easy if you want to get rid of the soap of your body. There is no possibility to open a window. During the night I woke up as it was very hot. I turned on the airco which was very noisy. And the breakfast..... I took a bowl of fruit but left it untouched on the table as I did not want to get drunk early in the morning. The pineapple in the bowl of fruit already started fermenting. I will look for another hotel next time I am in Maidenhead.
Rooms are standard for premier inns and have aircon which is good. Staff were helpful. Short walk to the high street and station.nnBut the low rating is for the WiFi - in 2025 it's a must and having to pay £5 per day for 8mbps WiFi that doesn't work isn't good. Wouldn't mind paying if it did work but it doesn't. Ended up tethering to be able to work from the hotel.
good team, clean hotel. service was brilliant. Food are amazing. Room high standard, But furniture need to be change. .
