Wonderful experience, had 4 great days there. Staff are warm, friendly and so helpful. Fabulous restaurant too. The Privilege Rooms and Suites are amazing. You're on the lower high street, so relatively quiet. Views of Windsor Castle from front facing roons too! Whats not to like? Superb!

Great Hotel, great location, very attentive staff. Boarders on a 4.5 though, the beds are way too small, should be Queens or King's (given the location:), a double has no place in a modern hotel. Also not being able to open a window is an issue, it's nice to have fresh air. Valet parking is a nice touch, but book in advance

This hotel is flawless, as soon as you walk in it even smells amazing! With candles and scents everywhere, beautiful decor and an open fire lit, the ambience is perfect. Our bedroom was stunning and enormous with so much attention to detail we had everything we needed. The staff were incredible and so helpful. When checking in we very briefly mentioned that we were away for our anniversary and later on at dinner they surprised us with a lovely gesture! The food was amazing (great steak!) and of course the location is absolutely perfect. I think we will be back for our next anniversary as well! x

Great location, immediately opposite Windsor Castle. Underground valet car park - entrance at rear. Chose your arrival time carefully, it is a long way round when the guard is changing. Excellent room and service.

Had a wonderful week st the MacWinds. Great location, lots of pubs, shopping and amenities. Very nice rooms and a lovely shower. Way better than staying at an airport hotel. Highly recommended.
