Rooms absolutely spot on. Clean, comfortable and new looking. Well priced and the breakfast was reasonable. The coffee machines had huge queues not helped by the them keep breaking down but that was just down to the large numbers in there at the time. Go early for a better experience. One minor criticism was the noise. We could hear people slamming doors and shouting, but I can't really hold the hotel responsible for that.

Great stay. Comfy. Nice rooms. Only gave 4 stars as lift was out of order when I got there and wasn't fixed after two days. However, staff were very friendly and really nice/helpful! I would definitely stay again and recommend thus hotel.

Really good customer service, however the food choice is the worst I have ever seen. All pork at breakfast (many people don’t eat pork) and pretty much sandwiches and burgers for their “dinner” menu. I come to stay here every now and again becuase I come to an event and the lunch they provide us is also very limited. It’s normally just vegetables with more vegetable and the occasional potato, please learn how to make real vegetarian food. This used to be so good for food but ever since they change chef and menu, it’s gone very down hill.

I have stayed at this hotel every year for 10+ years. The service has always been good. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The food is to a good standard, with a large choice at breakfast. I especially appreciate the pancake machine. My only complaints this year are that the vegetarian options for starters and mains in the set dinner are heavily dairy based, and the Halloumi is way too salty! Plus the pool is so cold, I heard many people complaining. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel for large groups as they are very accommodating, and the overall experience is always good.

Service was good through the operation. However quite a bit of minor repairs need doing. Our room fan heater didn't work very well and the towel rail was loose. TV operation is a faff. Breakfast was good. Wine choice was poor. We had a glass brought to the room with a sandwich to share that was undrinkable. Sandwich was good. So a bit like my old chemistry homework. Good in parts. Would I go back yes. £65 Friday and Saturday night's. It's a premier Inn with a bar and dining room.
