Fantastic short weekend away. So lucky to have come accross Liz at The Burnside. Room was fab - liz couldnt do enough to make sure our stay was without fault! Breakfast wonderful - full Scottish breakie and Stornoway black pudding a must!! Cant wait to return. Definately a 5 star from us!!

Can't rate this place high enough. Beautiful place, really well decorated and furnished. The food is all locally sourced and tastes wonderful. Liz, the owner, really cares and that makes a big difference.

Room was lovely a wee bit small but it was cosy the shortbread was replaced daily which is a nice wee touch.breakfast was gorgeous choice of 7 meals including my personal fave hot pancakes bacon + maple syrup. Oh + room was immaculate liz the owner was very helpful and lovely person. Canny fault this guest house at all 😊

Room was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect...stones throw from beach and not even 10 mins walk to high St. Breakfast was very good indeed and Liz was very pleasant. 11 out of 10.
