Showerhead had no hook on the wall, so had to hold it. Low ceiling in my room and some low doorways (I'm only 6'3", so no giant). Pub closed at ten on a Monday. Otherwise, warm, comfy, pleasant, convenient and very inexpensive.

Lovely quaint hotel. Only used the bar for a meal. Food was lovely but service slow. Bit of an annoying bar staff she wouldn't leave us alone to enjoy our meal just kept nattering to us. All in all a lovely meal

Visited the Ayrshire & Galloway as part of a pub crawl of real ale pubs in Ayr. There were 2 ales available, both of which were in good condition. The barman was knowledgeable about real ale and was an enthusiast.
