Amazing food, friendly atmosphere. Pub is placed in the centre of Ardington village, that kind of pub for locals, where everyone knows everyone. We had starters and roast which was very tasty, meat was succulent topped with heavenly vegetables over local ale. Recommended 100%

Great meal in a very pretty pub garden. The owners were so friendly and made us feel very safe and welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent food as always, freshly cooked so there is sometimes a small delay Service was good, friendly and efficient. Prices were the same as before the lock down. Booking is always essential Thoroughly recommended.
Excellent service, excellent food, excellent country pub atmosphere - just amazing all round
Excellent gluten free options and so many of them. It would be nice if all the gf puds were labelled I was there in January, this may have changed rather than just one or if there were a dedicated gf menu just to make life easier. Food, service and chat were great though.
