Wow! Food was really good. Drinks were strong. Staff were friendly and attentive. Shoutout to our waitress Claudia. The best cornbread I’ve ever tried!!! Mac and cheese were amazing. We order the meal for 2 and everything complemented each other. We order buffalo wings for starters however it was a let down.
Great food and drinks with our server David. I would also say thanks to Alexia for helping with seats for the band upstairs. However the experience of waiting for the band to start when it looks like it was advertised for 9 pm they actually started at 10:30 pm and the reason there was a bit of confusion as we were told we could go upstairs and grabbed a table of chairs, but when we got there, we told we had to book a table which we asked a couple of people beforehand at booking and on the day when we’re having our food. I would say the drinks are nice. The food is amazing. The service is great however it was a too long of a wait for the band and I wouldn’t really go back again, except for the food and drink. Also parking on the main road ends at 5:30pm.
Need a Jazzy night out! Head out to Blues Kitchen in Brixton! This place has great vibes, their service is impeccable and all the staff are so friendly. The food is great too and tasty!nWe ordered a bit of everything for starters and we polished it all, has the right portions so I suggest you share with friends so can try all you can.
Great place in the centre of Brixton.nWe were just walking around looking for a restaurant before a gig, we saw the menu and went inside. As soon we got inside we were welcomed by the most friendly staff I have ever experienced. Food was incredible, service was 10 out of 10. Klaudia who was person who look after us was very friendly and helpful. I could see how everyone was always walking with a smile. If you are planning to visit Brixton, you should definitely visit this place.nI had the vegan burger and my mom had the chicken wings best chicken wing she has ever tried, and she live in the USA lol
Very nice place for food and drinks.nThe drinks are very nice.nFood was great, large portion, juicy fried chicken, loved the pickles with it. I love the gravy, so delicious.nService was friendly and on top of it too.nnI have to deduct a star for price as it is quite expensive for fried chicken and chips, and also the lighting in there is way too dark for me. If you’re out drinking at a night music event sure, but during the day please make it a bit brighter in there. I found the darkness and dark booth decor to be a little oppressive.
