Under new management since September 2009 The Angel is now well established as a relaxed and informal place to enjoy great beers from small independent breweries aswell as handpicked wines & freshly cooked locally sourced food.

Fabulous food and drink, exceptionally good service and lovely atmosphere. Standard never stops which is really refreshing.

A really cozy old pub with a fireplace and good selection of ales and beers.

Good beer and food but only a medium yard outdoors. Upper food floor lovely with a wood fire.
