Praise the gods of Manchester for this absolute gem of a pub. Really friendly staff and great beer love the refurb too. Not just the jewel in the crown of the NQ but I reckon the best pub in town.

Great if you want to get treated like children by pretty horrible / rude staff. Shame because it’s a great building, just the contents that are letting it down

A building steeped in history such character. Beer good and not a bad price. Great selection and a great place to start a pub crawl back into town. Friendly staff too!

Excellent pub, large with a selection of rooms. Lovely original ceilings, large imposing bar. Had a great selection of drinks at not too bad a price for the area. With visiting. Does get busy
