If you like an old traditional pub this is definitely worth a visit. Piano on the go with a people having an sing along in the afternoon brilliant atmosphere. Sausage rolls on the go while I was there if you fancied a quick snack can't fault it.

Found this joint yesterday by stumbling across it. An absolute hidden gem. Hope it doesn’t change. Good music and beers. Shall return next time in town.

Best pint of Holt's bitter I've had in ages. Decent prices and friendly service in an old style pub. Easy to get to by tram.

Good place for a quiet drink

If you like old fashioned traditional pubs, this is the place for you. Good real ale pint and cheap. Karaoke 3 or 4 times a week if that's your thing.

Proper old school boozer. Superb pint of Joseph Holts bitter, best in town.

Lovely old pub

Cosy, proper old fashioned pub. Friendly staff & a relaxed atmosphere. Relatively untouched by Northern Quarter nonsense.
