Lovely place with relaxed soul music. Came on the day of Manchester half marathon just after event. It was empty Had hotdogs - german bratwurst was good, veggie one was a bit dry. I would prefer a shroom kitchen sausage instead. Would have liked to have an option for a different side - some salad instead of chips.
Really enjoy watching sporting events here! It's always a good atmosphere and there are plenty of screens located around both the upper and lower floors. If it's a sporting event you really want to watch I'd try and reserve a booth downstairs.Food: 5/5
A nice sports-style bar in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Nicely style with plenty of seating over two floors and a good selection of beers. TV screens well located for watching sport. The staff seem very friendly and efficient short bar waiting times despite being very busy. Rex commended for a pre-match drink and dinner.
We were recently here for our friends party. The staff couldn’t have done enough for us making sure we were all happy and enjoying ourselves. Even brought out some tasty nachos for everyone. Great vibe upstairs too. A great friendly pub.Food: 5/5
It was alright. Not much variety of beers though considering places that are nearby in the northern quarter. The staff were friendly though and it was showing the Euros on a big screen so definitely good if that's your bag Service: 3/5
Relaxed atmosphere, even with the sport on the TV. The volume was set just right. A good choice of beers served with a smile. We didn't try the food.Service: 5/5
Found this pub had TNT sports so went to watch the rugby as Sale were playing and enjoyed a pint and atmosphere. Pub food looked good but I didn't have any.Service: 5/5
Very good pub in the heart of Manchester. Good food and good beer. Visited few times and really good with kids. Give my daughter some chips free of charge. Great staff and friendly.Food: 5/5
Great Sport's Bar Located on the old Tib street. I visited midweek early afternoon quiet time but i do know this venue does get very busy whenever there's sports on live so if your planning to watch a game especially a Manchester team don't leave it too late to get a table. Bar staff were great and you do get a good vibe about the whole place. It's definitely on my list to call In again soon.
Great pub for watching sports. Good food. Drinks a bit pricey. Usually a good atmosphere. Generally very busy but staff are efficient.Food: 4/5
