Good selection of wine, beer and food. Somewhat pricey. Well located, a stone's throw from Southwark tube. They have seating outdoors and it's a good place to spend a sunny weekend afternoon, as the street traffic is not too busy. Wait staff were courteous and attentive. Barmen less so.

Really lovely hearty delicious food, had the steak pie for 2 with greens & apple crumble for dessert! The service was very good, staff were very helpful with the menu and attentive! The ambience is great, feels like home.. Delighted to have found this place so nearby. Will return and recommend to friends!

Food was amazing, service friendly and efficient. Very nice place for a dinner or to just grab a beer after work

A little pricey. We also had to share a table with another couple on a romantic date. Two minutes after taking our coats off, we were asked if we were ready to order; were then asked again and again within 5 minutes. The militant maître d' rushed about, stepping on the tails of our coats which hung from our chairs (we weren't allowed to place them on the chair next to me, we were told off). The moment you finish the last morsel, you're ushered off to the bar. Think Chinatown restaurants on a busy Saturday night.
