Nice venue and atmosphere. Excellent for large and small groups. Buffet meal with a wide selection of starters and desserts. Limited choice for the main course. Service was attentive and accommodating. Please let them know if you have any dietary requirements.

8 of us chose the Saturday brunch menu for a friend's 30th birthday and I could not fault a thing - from the service to the quality of the food to value for your money, everything was sublime! The starters and salad stations are piled high with an array of fresh food catering to all dietaries and tastes with the egg/waffle/pancake station kept replenished at all times and this is all before the main event. For our main course we all shared large bowls of 3 different hot dishes for the whole table and I can't quite decide which the tastiest would be as they were all fantastic and then just to top it all off, a selection of delicately hand crafted desserts finished the whole thing off just perfectly! We weren't rushed and our bottomless Prosecco was promptly topped up at all times. I would highly recommend this and will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere and very nice staff!! The food is also great, try the prawns crispy tempura!! Margaritas were amazing also! Great for drinks and appetizers! Loved it!

I've dined at Oxbo 3 times over the last 6 months, and each time brought a new friend as I love their food and service and I recommend the restaurant to everyone. Unfortunately they recently charged me twice for my dinner bill which I did think at the time might happen, as the waiter asked me to put my pin in twice without printing a void receipt out for the first time (he claimed it hadn't gone through.) I later discovered it on my bank statement and have since had to call the restaurant 3 times over the last fortnight to get my money refunded. Having to call up once and being refunded immediately, I wouldn't have minded. Dinner was nice, but being charged twice for the pleasure and then having to call up on 3 separate occasions to then finally get a refund 2 weeks later spoils the whole experience somewhat. To me this is unacceptable for a company to treat a repeat customer.

Sunday Lunch - Average at best, unlimited starters had the feeling of an all inclusive holiday, bland food with other customers coughing and spluttering over the open fayre. Mains of chicken and beef, chicken was beautifully cooked however the minuscule amount of gravy supplied was disappointing. Roasted potato was soggy inside and tasted like a glorified jacket potato. Veg was swimming in water, Yorkshire pudding was the size of a small childs head but was overly crispy and again lacked flavour. Dessert was back to the unlimited all you can cough over fayre. Service was poor, despite asking for table water i was left parched like a thirsty Labrador begging to be topped up, however if you pay £14 more for the bottomless prosecco the waiter will hover around you like a fly on ****. Very very disappointing, expected much better from a restaurant attached to a 5* hotel. Save your money and go to a Harvester as that's the standard.
