I love Vapianos, I first tried it in NYC and was delighted that they have them in the UK, it's a European chain. Anyway, the food and service were awesome, the long queue is the part that sucks. However I think there's a service where you can order ahead and collect when you get there then sit and have your meal, I'll give that a try next time. The tables are communal sitting which is nice. There's pizza, salad and pasta and it's all prepared in front your eyes to your specification. I like the tagliatelle with prawns and spinach.

Awesome concept. Food was extremely fresh and tasted great. Loved seeing the chefs cook right in front of me and baking the bread from scratch. Only downside was the beef carpaccio I had was not fresh and the meat was dark because of it. It was pulled out of the fridge wrapped in cellophane. For almost £12, I think it should have been freshly sliced. Garlic bread was good though. Staff was friendly and loved the gummie bears.

Fast Italian food. From pasta to pizza, cooked right in front of your eyes! You get to choose the type of pasta and the choice of pasta and sauce is vast. Lots of pizza toppings to choose from. They do salad too. Lots of seating and always busy.

An interesting experience. All positive but a bit manic and not always as relaxing as you might like when eating out. Great food and good prices!

Really nice food but confusing for first time customers. We had to seat ourselves, find our own menus then get in the right queues. The pizza queue wasn't as long so two in our group had their food a lot faster. Someone else wanted pasta, garlic bread and a salad but they would have had to queue three times. Nice idea but we all just ordered off of the menu anyway.
