Small place with some upstairs and downstairs seating. They do not accepts cash credit cards only and do not have ice or cups for drinks cans only. You order at the counter as they prepare your food then you find a seat. The food was OK but nothing exceptional.
Awful experience. Ordered food from there and called the store. Spoke to a disgustingly rude French guy and I asked him if he had enough ingredients for my salad because I ordered from there before and paid £17 for half a bowl of salad and he said its the end of the day he has run out so I asked him to cancel the order he said he could not. Then I asked to speak to a manager and he said he did but I know he didn't. And this is what he sent me out of spite. I had to pay £16-17 for this and could not get a refund or replacement. Im not gonna tell u do not go here but this is my experience and I have been a loyal customer since it opened because its near me. This is exactly how it came untouched. Cold soggy no lettuce and less than half of what I should have received.
I ate in and enjoyed a top nosh. A triple taco selection. I will definitely eat there again. Lots of regulars coming in for takeaway, a good sign. I was heading to Nandos which i enjoy but I definitely made the right choice. Wheelchair accessibility: Steps.
I had an amazing first-time experience at Tortilla today. The staff, especially SID, made it truly special. He notice it was my birthday, and offered me a free meal! The food was great, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend everyone to visit here.Food: 5/5
Food is good enough to stop being hungry but it is neither tasty, fresh nor well prepared. I got burrito bowl and quesadilla. Both tasteless. The guy who prepares is very kind thou.

We came to this location a few times during our trip to London. The food was great! It hit the spot for this Texan living in Europe. The staff were excellent as well. Even when the restaurant was slammed with customers, the staff were patient and hardworking. Highly recommend!Food: 4/5

Uncooked rice inside the burrito. How am I meant to eat a messy ingredient and separate the uncooked rice. It was so uncooked the grain was breaking into 2. Absolutely disgusting. It my last time going to tortilla after covid the quality in all restaurants have dropped significantly!Food: 1/5
Cool place to have a quick bite. You order at the counter and then take your food to your table. There’s limited seating on the main floor. They have additional tables in the basement but of course there’s no window there. The food was good and helped increase my daughter’s love for burritos. I chose the tres tacos which were tasty but a bit challenging to eat - as to be expected.
