Booked this taxi firm late and managed to facilitate without any drama. Arrived promptly. I made the mistake of not asking for a a 7 seater; the taxi driver made every effort to get another car to pick the other 3 up which he managed. We were on time for the train and there was no rushing around either.

Unreliable. Always late or just don’t show up. If your journey is important or time critical book another company.

20min were promised, took almost 60min in the end. operator lied to me when i checked in after half an hour saying the driver is "2min away".. pretty frustrating. 001 seems the lesser of the two evils.

We have taxis from this company booked in advance for the all week. But obviously, it is not enough as they are never on time ... I'm not talking about 5 min but more like 20 min and we are still waiting despite them telling us that the taxi is coming. I hope they will improve their organisation
