Coming here to fetch our new Tesla was a MUCH, MUCH nicer experience than a month ago when we went to Bluewater Collection Centre, which was horrible.nThe staff were pleasant and helpful, there were toilets, the whole place even though outside was much, much more appealing.

Better than it was. The people on the desk also take calls, similar to a call centre. So if you go and they’re mid flow, be prepared to wait.

I ordered a car yesterday afternoon at the Tesla Centre in Stockport. The absolute legends here at the collection point pulled out all the stops to get me driving away by 5pm on the same day I bought the car, just two hours after placing my order, something I didn't expect would be possible at all!nnMy old car was being returned and I thought I'd be without a car for a couple days so it was fantastic that they made this possible.nnMassive thanks to Keaton hope I got your name right who did the handover and James who pulled out all the stops to get the car registered and prepared - thank you both for going the extra mile to get a very excited customer in their new car so quickly! I really appreciate it!

Staff were absolutely amazing they allowed my granddaughter to sit in 3 of their cars play games on the incar console. She has been in love with the Tesla car for over two years, she is 7 wants a Tesla when she leaves school, she has been saving for 2yrs and has over £500 also wants to work at Tesla . Thanks guys and girls you're amazing

I had problems signing on the lap top. There must be better way. Bring a stylo from your home tablet if you got one.  Otherwise it was straight forward.
