Picked up my new GTI today from Mylson, absolutely smooth and easy transaction which was facilitated by Buzz. The whole process was thoroughly enjoyable, with no pressure. The cars speak for themselves. One of the best test drive experiences I've ever had. Part ex value was higher than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return and recommend. A complementary bottle of wine on completion was an added bonus, nice touch. Thank you again Buzz.
Outstanding in every way. From our first contact we were impressed by the friendly and professional service we received. When we arrived on site Paul greeted us and led us to the car of our interest. We were handed keys and left to browse at our leisure also allowed to take the car for a test drive alone. Absolutely no pressure sales what so ever only answers to questions we asked. I would highly recommend this company. Nothing was too much trouble at all. This has been by far the best experience of purchasing a car I have ever had.

Bought an MB CLA from Mylson a few days ago, exclusively online, and dealt with Paul. He was nothing short of professional and friendly at all times. As I bought the car online and wasn't able to see it in person, the peace of mind afforded by providing videos and photos of the car and its documents made the entire process as stress-free as it could possibly be. Additionally, delivery was organised at a very competetive rate and the car arrived in perfect condition - the bottle of red inside was a lovely touch! Buying a car, especially online from a dealership on the other side of the country, can be a struggle. Not so with Mylson, I thoroughly recommend them and I'm genuinely impressed. There was no pressure whatsoever, and Paul and his team made the experience a pleasure. Many thanks!
We purchased a Range Rover Sport, and I must say the process was faultless. I felt no pressure like other car dealerships. Very smooth transaction. Adam and Paul were accommodating. I would highly recommend Mylson and definitely would purchase another car again.
I simply cannot recommend Mylson enough to those seeking to purchase from them. The true test of any company is when you need them - things go wrong with cars, fact. I won't go into the details but Paul took control and put all the steps in place to remedy the issues. Paul and Adam where fantastic, they went above and beyond what was expected. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Felt no pressure to buy but when I did was really impressed with the ease and professionalism. A big thank you to the people at Mylsons...they were so friendly and helpful and really made the purchase of my car so easy. Adam, Buzz and even the driver who delivered my car on Tuesday were so nice. They are the best Dealership I have dealt with and the quality of the cars are first class. This was one of the most pleasurable car purchasing experiences I have ever had. Absolutley outstanding service from the Mylson team who offered me a very good price for my part ex and made sure the car I was interested in was ready on arrival. We were made to feel like royalty by Adam at Mylson who was very polite knowledgable. We were made a lovely cup of tea while I was deciding between a few veichles. Adam did absolutley everything for me online with the car sale and made me feel at ease. The complimentary bottle of red finished off a perfect day. What a fantastic dealership, I went on Sunday to have a look and fell in love with one of their Mercedes, I asked about a spoiler and said that would not be a problem to fit, 5 days later I went up to collect my new car and it is perfect, such nice staff aswell and not pushy at all!! Would highly reccomend and I will send anyone their way now. Thankyou x
