I went with my friend as she was looking to purchase a car. The showroom is nice and spacious. We met Abdul who was great! He was professional and clearly knowledgeable. Too many people sitting around but no-one willing to step up and help. I 'phoned ahead yet had to wait 20 minutes to complete my delivery and then missed a bus and a vital connection. Not impressed. Well done to Kathryn Greenhalgh for eventually helping me out
Will never buy a Vauxhall again due to the after sales experience. Purchased a van in March 2021. Collected it in October 2022. Had for 1 month and 800 miles and Sat Nav is playing up, engine management light on and electric side door intermittent. Booked the van in and earliest they could do was 5-6 weeks. Got a call from Vauxhall 1 day after engine management light came on to tell me there is an urgent recall on The thermostat Housing which can lead to huge problems if left. I was advised and e mailed from Vauxhall Customer Services that 11 Jan was too late and I needed to get it back urgently. I called Stretford which took me 9 attempts and over 4 hours just to speak with someone in the branch. The lady I spoke with was rude and dismissive saying it is all very well and good Vauxhall Customer Services is saying that but If I haven't got the space I haven't got the space. I have since e mailed Vauxhall customer service's back to advise of this mess. Really really not happy. As I said 1 month owning the car and never had so many problems with a new car and the attitude of the staff. Cannot wait to hand it back. If the manager wishes to call me I am booked in on 11 Jan with a Vivaro.
Terrible customer service bordering on a scam. Bought a car from Arnold Clark and purchased the 3 years MOT and Service deal. It came to where I need an MOT and they are refusing to do it because their "system" is down. Its been down for many days and they don't show any signs of dealing with it. They refuse to take appointments the old way by writing them down and are no help whatsoever. Now I don't have the money to MOT my car and it will expire soon leaving a family with 2 disabled people without transport all because arnold clark refuse to make any effort to honour what I've paid for.
We bought a car like a bit more than month ago and our vendor Sal told us than one of our wheel will be replace it, and tops a week just have to wait for the call of customer service, Well a month an half later still waiting for the call and everytime that I call them the only thing that a got is wasting my time, because even Sal doesnt put to the phone. Customer service one of the worse than I saw. Because a month a half for change a wheel like they dont have any spare

I would like to thank Sal for helping me choose the right car for me. He patiently sat and listened to my vague wish list and came up with the beautiful Mokka that I now own. Sal explained everything in a language I could understand and didn't apply any pressure on me. A great experience enhanced by the professional approach of Sal and Dom. Thanks guys
Went to view a used car - salesperson was extremely clever at distracting me with constant questions/chat/info to prevent me from inspecting the car properly. They must have special training - made to feel like you shouldn't be checking over or finding fault with something you are paying £'000's for. eventually I spotted some abnormal rust and repair damage, didn't buy the car.
Just got our new car and we couldn't be more chuffed! We had amazing service from Abdul .... a credit to Arnold Clarke and a shining example what customer service should be. Thank you for a smooth and stress free experience.
