These guys are great! Knowledgeable mechanics with good skills - great quality of works too. Very polite and friendly and you can talk 'bikes' with them just for a sake of it. Prices very good (especially in comparison with Berkshire where I previously lived). Would definitely recommend!

Great staff for a novice cyclist like me.  They have been very helpful in making my new road bike a comfortable and smooth ride.

Visited on two occasions and felt that customer service was pretty awful.  Staff quite patronising and condescending. Was going to take my bike there but I'm afraid that I will now be going elsewhere.
