Just had my bike serviced for the second time and as usual they have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend them if your looking to service your bike or simply get a bit of advice. Thanks again for another stunning service see you in six months.

After some problems with communication, Dropouts showed excellent goodwill and got the job done. These guys have very competitive workshop prices which brought me to them for a rear wheel bearing change. Unfortunately, what should have been a 1 week turnaround turned into 3 weeks of me chasing them to get the repair done. The shop acknowledged that they had been slow with the work, and also stated that they had tried to contact me around the 2 week mark. For what ever reason, that message didn't get through to me. All credit to them, they arranged for the work to be done the following morning and also waived the labour charge, but not the parts. In addition, I was somewhat bemused to find out that they don't have a vice in the workshop. As such they couldn't have a proper crack at removing a separate, stuck part. All in all, an honest outfit which runs a bit of a loose operation. I'd probably return if I didn't live on the other side of Bristol.
