Had a brilliant service from the guys there, manager was very helpful and even gave me the product at a up coming sale price which I thought was brilliant as saved me £150 that I was willing to pay, would highly recommend!

Good shop. Friendly and knowlegeable staff. No problem price matching. My first choice if I need something quickly.

After being involved in an accident I needed my bike repaired quickly as I rely on it to commute to work. Afternoon calling a few stores around Bristol, Cycle Surgery at Filton were good enough to see my bike that afternoon for a damage/repair assessment. Simon Looker, who worked on the bike, was very professional and honest about the repairs required. I felt that during the whole process the phone was answered by the team in a welcoming manner and all queries were dealt with promptly. The bike was returned to me 3 days after the accident looking like new and the quality of the work was fantastic. Simon even was kind enough to clean the bike over for me! I would not hesitate in recommending the store in Filton to any of my friends and family and it's refreshing to find a bike mechanic as good as Simon working for a big chain brand.

I have always found the service as Cycle Surgery to be top notch and as a cycling instructor I always refer clients to Simon when they have need for a proper workshop. Everyone I've met at the Filton branch has been friendly, approachable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Very happy indeed, thanks very much!

Store was hopelessly understaffed - eventually someone comes past and says casually - "bear with me pal" as he goes off into a cupboard. I wasn't his pal, and the prospect of a fulfilling relationship was receeding quicker than a peloton on steroids. I was holding two items worth £100 smackers so I was obviously not a time waster, but perhaps I didn't meet his inner profile of a customer deserving attention. Eventually he returned and told me testily that he was trying to mend a bike - bully for him - I was trying to spend some money [point of information - even 68 year olds ride bikes and enjoy enough fitness to work full time] then he said it again "bear with me pal" - I felt so blessed I was ready to chew my own feet off. Anyway I asked him if the rucksack I was holding was waterproof? - obviously a question so stupid that he all but slapped my face and call the store security. He did, thoughtfully refer me to Snow and Rock (10 feet away with several staff who looked as if they could chew gum and walk at the same time). Sorry pal - you just lost the sale and any repeat custom I might have made. Your boss must be a very wealthy man to be able to afford staff like you!
