If you want a brand new bike and the best expert cycling advice in Bristol, this is the place to go! I did the cycle to work scheme and Andre and the staff at Bristol Specialized store were super friendly, helpful and gave me really good advice on different bikes and accessories. They have alot of knowledge and experience and it helped me make the right decisions when choosing a new bike and buying accessories. They would spend time with me to go through the different products and made me feel like a valued customer. Would 100% recommended this store if you are looking for a new bike. This was the fourth bike shop I visited to try and find a tubeless repair kit and the only one that actually stocked them. Let me borrow a pump and helped me thread the plug onto the device. Very helpful thank you
I made an online purchase of consumables and was contacted by the very helpful and lovely Elle who advised on a very small quality issue prior to dispatching and confirmed I was still happy to receive. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. When picking my new bike over a year ago now, staff offered a lot of really useful expert advice and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and discuss options. I was able to use their back car park to try out the bike. They were all very supportive and didn't pressure me in anyway to buy the first bike I saw. They were more interested in finding the bike for me. A year later, and I absolutely love my bike! I have popped in a couple of times over the year to ask questions and get advice and also service my bike with them. They are really great at communicating and it's great to be told my bike is ready with a simple text. Highly recommended.
I bought this sequoia earlier this year and it has been an amazing bike, I ride it every week and have now just done a mini tour, it’s comfortable, light yet sturdy for going down hills! The reason we bought from this store was because the staff were so helpful snd friendly, and helped me make what a complicated decision. And I haven’t looked back. I will be looking into getting a second more road orientated bike maybe next year and will definitely use Specialized again! Thanks

Amazing experience with Certini and my Levo turbo, went in with an issue that was fixed under warranty, and while there another potential issue was noticed and followed up with Specialized leading to that also being fixed under warranty when I may well not have noticed it myself. All done efficiently, all staff were really friendly and welcoming. I’ll certainly be returning for my future mountain hike purchase needs. Thanks David in the workshop and the entire team, am over the moon with the service and my bike :
No snobbiness, no trying to sway you one way or another, basically doesn't act like a bike dealer but acts as a manufacturer agent. Just nice relaxing and open plan shop. How a bike shop should be. I'll be here many times again!
Huge thank you to Patrycja for going above and beyond to sort my bike out! My bike's front derailleur was not shifting properly despite a recent service at the Specialized Store so I admit I was initially a bit disappointed to develop this problem so soon after a gold service with lots of new parts fitted including new chain, cassette, and front and rear gear cables. But Patrycja totally compensated for this. She kindly fitted me in the same day and spent a lot of time and effort checking my bike over, even picked up another problem chain too loose which she fixed for no extra charge, just to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And I really am now! Thanks again!
