Efficient and excellent service.nMade order for new licence plates online, within minutes I was given a slot for printing and fitting at local store.  Tony, the technician was amazing.  Double checked everything before fitting.  Clean, quick, amazing!

Got a bike puncture on my commute today, walked to this store to get it fixed. Was told by the rude person on the bike desk they were too busy, made to feel like I was inconveniencing them as soon as I approached.nWas told I had to wait 3 hours.nWouldn't let me use tools to do it myself.nWalked 2 miles to a bike shop who did it in less than 5 mins without charging labour.nnI appreciate it's no-one else's problem I got a puncture but for a 5 mins job, come on. Pretty poor. Never shopping at Halfords again. Thanks for nothing

Absolutely the best service I've ever had. Got a flat battery and they were able to replace on the day. Halfords website had issues and so everything went through except the allocated time slot. The team were so kind and made time to get it fitted even without the booking. I will 100% use them again. Thanks Brice! : Highly recommend.

Bit of a weird experience, only went there to collect something, no queue at all, one staff busy serving and the other one just standing there, instead of saying they could help they just carried on standing there n even made eye contact at one point but said nothing so i went over myself. Clearly lacking basic customer service skills or just plain rude and cant be bothered.
