Nice staff. A bit disorganised, probably needs a manager to oversee the overall performance. Can't criticise the likeable staff though, very helpful & friendly nnWe'll be back again.nnPersonally, I wouldn't bother with the food though.
I visited as part of a work group with bowling and food as part of the experience. There was ample parking outside and once inside It seemed quite busy with a good buzz, but under the surface it was apparent that, considering it was a Saturday there was not enough effort or care being put in.nnThere were empty glasses and containers of food everywhere, every surface that I saw was dirty or wet. There was actually talk of the bar closing because they had actually ran out of glasses, and I could believe it.nnThe actual bowling alley was OK although the layout of the high backed chairs meant one small group is isolated from the other people in your group. Our lane also was out of action for maybe 15 minutes at one stage.nI didn't expect high quality food, but at nearly £40 per head the lukewarm insipid burgers were so remarkable in their tasteless awfulness we were talking about them for days afterwards. The chips were unremarkable.nnThis venue could be so much better, and maybe this was an off day? Either way, the evening was flat and a disappointment.nnThis review was written with input from several other participants from that evening.
Great night out with a selection of arcades to play. Not all were working, which was a shame, but there were some other games to kill time as we waited to bowl.nPool tables were well maintained, and the addition of a table tennis table was nice to see.nGood selection of drinks and reasonably priced.nThanks for a good night, and I am looking forward to using your location again.
We enjoyed the bowling, but we there on an offer where food was included, bearing in mind the food was pre-order it took an hour to arrive and then was only luke warm. It was only burger and chips. We also ordered drinks which took ages to arrive too.
Great for both kids and parents. Highly recommended!
