One of the better bowling places.Very clean and lots of variety in entertainment..Good number of pool tables. Downside to this was the triangles were too small for all of the balls. Table tennis of all things. Comfortable seating area all round the places. I especially noticed how well presented and kept the bar was.Spotless.Friendly helpful staff.
Recently revamped. Love the bowling alleys with all the coloured LED lights down the lanes and the lights that change when bowling. Lots of arcade options available, large bar area with pool table. Plenty of drink options available at an affordable price. Lots of bowling balls and ramps available. Easy to use screens too.
Been here many times. Always fun. New staff need a little more training behind bar & almost £7 for 2 soft drinks is far too expensive! Place is clean and was quite quiet midday Sunday. Will come back again as it is what we do before going to watch Northampton Saints.
The refit has made the place look so much better and inviting. The staff are always very helpful and polite and make you very welcome. In my opinion the thing that does let the whole experience down is there is no decent bowling balls and the are also in short supply.
Fab evening, despite having to leave early due to our daughter feeling sick. The manager kindly gave us a voucher for a free game of bowling for 5 due to us having to leave early. Excellent drinks to lane service. Highly recommend.
The karaoke is fun, but book an hour because 30 mins goes fast. If you're bowling, don't bother bringing your own ball, there is 0 oil on the lanes. If you bowl with a hook it's impossible, don't waste your time. For those that throw a straight ball it'll be fine, but note there is no action on the pins, they are held up on strings like a marionette.
Thanks Rachel. Yesterday you guys didn't have too greater day. Web site was down, call handling at 13p a minute was excessive, when getting to ten pin was told what I wanted was a web only deal. Asked staff for larger bowls as big fingers and they failed to show. Perhaps it usually is a five star experience, though yesterday it just didn't work out.
I complained A machine not working, a staff checked, she sound mad and very rude to me, for one pound, what a rude girl, kindly I didn't argue with this young girl, not worth. I won't go there again, bad.
when we went bowling it was very busy and not many staff around. there fire procedure needs to be looked at because when the fire alarm went off whilst we were there it was very quiet and one of our group members being partially death didn't even hear it at first. there were no staff telling us what the alarm was and what to do. if it was a real fire almost all the guest inside would not have got out safely. all the staff at the desks disappeared and the arcade games all turned off and for people who panic easily it was a very scary situation. other than that they had way to many people and not enough staff resulting in children being unsupervised. i almost got a bowling ball to the stomach but there were no staff to tell the adults in this situation to keep more of an eye on there child. when we needed help because the bowling ball got stuck no staff were to be seen, only at desks and we had to get a member of staff ourselves. also some arcade machines just said to insert a coin but didn't tell you what coin and how much it was. the chips were nice and most of the bowling experience wasn't to bad.
Decent enough facilities. Lane bays are a bit of a squeeze. Didn't realise games are timed and you only get an hour staff didn't seem to realise either! but staff quickly rectified the issue when our land closed before we finished our game.
