Boost Trampoline Parks

Dreadful time today. Took my 3year old granddaughter for the 3pm session. Shortly after we started she wanted a drink. Waited half an hour in the queue upstairs as only 1 person was serving. This meant my grandaughter only had half of her paid for session. Spoke to the manager who said there was 4 staff. I showed him there was only one. Yes they were busy but only one person serving at least a queue of 20. This young man had no thought for the loss of time.

Rubbish!!! Drove from the other side of MK to Northampton as my 2 children had heard how great this place was from school, we get in after a long wait not to be told that this was a 1hr session, I went up to get some food and drink for my 3 children then by the time I was served and got back downstairs, got the socks on my 14month old and myself, worked out how to use the lockers (the ones that worked) we had all of 5 minutes play time. I complained and was just told sorry but thats what it is, I then complained to the 'manager' who said he would ensure the staff were reminded that they need to tell customers its 1hr time slots and there was nothing more he could do... I'm sure there was alot he could have done but he either had no interest or no authority to do anything. Either way we left £31 lighter on the entrance fee + socks and £17 lighter on the food and drink we bought but completely unsatisfied. We will definitely NOT be returning and I will be making sure all my friends know what a poor service Boost provide - Back to Bounce MK it is!

When during the toddler hour. Was a pleasant experience. It facilities were clean and well kept. All of the trampolines were well maintained and my child had a good time.

At first you think £10 for an hour is a rip off! But 10, 15 minutes in... It's incredibly good value. Fantastic fun and great for exercise. Can get very hot in there during winter so prepare yourself for summer. 👌

I think its a great place which kids with bags of energy will really enjoy! Having gone there three times I find that its really fun and enjoyable however the only thing stopping it being five stars is that the staff aren't very enthusiastic but over all I would defiantly recommended going!
