Kids loved it, car parking right outside of the unit (based in an Industrial park) and it's free, staff are friendly and they seem to cater well for parties, loads of tables for those booking events for birthdays etc.
Atmosphere is good and is pleasantly clean.

The waiting room needs a serious upgrade, if you've not booked a party there's another room to wait in, this lets the whole building down, it's boring, cold and gives a bad impression of what's on the other side of the doors.
Loads of people complaining how bad it looks and the freezing temperatures - get that sorted and you'll get 5* from me

Took my son to a party. He loved it, and the staff were very enthusiastic. Only downside is could do with a better area for parents to wait. But I'd definitely have a party here.

Kids had a good birthday party, my only criticism is that the reception area could do with a bit of a clean up so you feel the experience from the minute you walk in
