We offer holiday home ownership and holidays, if you prefer a hassle free holiday home or like a touring lifestyle and own a motorhome, touring caravan or narrowboat, it's all here waiting for you to enjoy!

We have recently benefited from a huge investment programme to ensure the park amenities offer outstanding choice and variety. The newly completed state of the art leisure centre is an addition sure to attract even more visitors who will return year after year - come and try it for yourself!

We are famous for the wide variety of fun rallies, events, festivals and shows we host throughout the year, from the extremely popular Land Rover show to the recently relocated Balloon Festival. Come the evening, the bars, restaurants and entertainment come alive as the focal points to meet, have fun, and enjoy life.

I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service we received whilst there over the Easter break � Due to the bad weather our caravan was in a flooded field and had to be pulled out by tractor. We spent 17 hours there instead of 4 nights and were refused a refund, even though an alternative pitch could not be offered so we had no choice but to leave � A 10% discount on our next booking was given which was a complete joke - I will never be visiting here again!!

Just got back from an over night camping trip with bf and dog. We pitched the tent up on shelduck 5 right by the river. Field was nearly empty great for us and the dog. Great weather . Average food not bad priced. Shop available for essentials. Yes it's run down in parts and the small shops are all shut and the fair is old fashioned but it was quiet and the dog loved the water. Would no back in a say ticket or camping again if weather was right

I used to visit as a child and I loved it, however my wife and I visited for a weekend with our touring caravan and on arrival we was given a map and no other information.... we couldn’t find a pitch that wasn’t under water or surrounded by mud, we had to get some help from security who showed us other pitches that were just as bad and left us to it! Nice guys just doing their job! We then got stuck in a Range Rover and took a further 1.5 hours to get out of the mud with zero help from the site staff (other campers were lovely) we then drove home ... no email or phone call to say I wouldn’t co e... thanks for wasting 5 hours of my evening.... now we have to fight to get a refund😡

Good choice of activities, nice place to go and chill specialy when sun is out. Come well prepared during hot days cos most of the stuff runs out in the shop inside the park. Lots good.spots around for BBQ or quick picnics.

We found them helpful and had a nice meal looking over the water. The weather has made some of park quite wet in places but there's not alot the staff can do about that. We wanted to look at boats for sale there but there weren't many on offer. We would go again for a nice day out with the family when the weather is dryer.
