Location is good with plenty of on site parking.nnWell lit. Medium size indoor soft play. Play area is very clean after the revamp.nnNot tried their hot food. Coffee machine area needs a bit sanitizing. Floor is dirty with spillages.nnLike the idea of a sensory play room.nnFair price and would recommend.
This is a lovely family run soft play in Northampton. It is a perfect size for preschoolers during the daytime - parents can relax whilst the children play. There are different areas and heights to climb up to. Also the car wash area with Little Tykes cars is fabulous
Nothing to say about the playground, but the food is disgusting. I ordered children's menus and the chips look as if they haven't changed the oil in months. the fish fingers were very dry And full of oil ,my little girl couldn't eat them. I put some pictures
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during my daughter's recent birthday party.nnIn terms of the play area itself, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The play area was enjoyable for over and under 3, the food was fine, and the premises were clean. The staff, are nice and friendly.nnHowever, when it came to the party aspect, I was so disappointed. We opted for the disco party package, which was advertised as a fun-filled experience for children. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised.nnThe host assigned to our party, a young girl while very polite seemed she lacked the experience to host young children and engagement expected from a party host. Throughout the party, she seemed disinterested and did not make any effort to interact with the children or create a lively atmosphere. This lack of engagement was particularly noticeable during the games, which felt awkward and poorly managed. At one point, a child with autism had an outburst, and rather than handling the situation effectively by keeping the games upbeat and fun, the host remained passive, leading to an uncomfortable silence in the room.nnMy family member, who works as a nursery room manager , had to step in to lead the children and salvage some enjoyment from the party. It was disheartening especially considering the cost of the party package.nnWhen I raised my concerns with a manager, I was disappointed by the response. Instead of offering a resolution or empathy for the situation, I was simply told that she had never had feedback like this before and more training could be provided . This response felt inadequate given the negative impact.nnIn summary, while the play area itself may be enjoyable, I would not recommend disco party. The lack of engagement from the party host, combined with the awkward and unmanaged games, made for a disappointing and embarrassing birthday celebration.
Newly refurbished. All the family got involved. We really liked the car wash design area and the astroturf football pitch.nLovely friendly staff and clean facilities.nWe will definitely pay another visit!
