Terrible. Absolutely don't care about customers at all if they eat in. It's like they love the drive through, adore the just eat, Uber and deliveroo but actual customers making the effort to come in they seem totally disinterested. The order screens will allow for an order but then won't accept any payment. It's been this way for weeks. Staff are aware, I know they are as I told them but they treat customers with contempt and stand by watching as one customer after another wastes their time. It doesn't even bother them when customers walk out. They care even less for disabled customers. Disabled bays are often used by those delivery drivers. Even if the screen ordering works they remove all the numbers so they don't have to bring food to the table. Even if asked they refuse to bring it over. Terrible place

Really hit and miss. On our last visit we stopped in on the way to the airport so ate in for a change. We order at the counter as some of the touch screens didn't work, was quiet people wise but very noisy, lots of shouting and banging, and delivery drivers milling around. Food was hot, no issues, we got everything we ordered.Food: 4/5

Terrible. chips cold ,overcooked chicken that looked and tasted like it had been on a warm plate for ages ,coleslaw missing .it was that bland I might need a covid test.

Meal was nice, but watching the staff smoke cigarettes at the back entrace and then come in and serve food is disgusting. not only did they open the door to go out , smoke , and come back in touching dirty handles and go into the kitchen and serve food is unhygienic and appalling. I saw one staff memeber sneeze and didn't even put hand over their mouth. If I witnessed that before I bought my meal, I would have walked out and not ordered

Come here most Thursdays around 5pm, today the drinks were fizzy first time in ages fry’s we’re just about warm enough to be good, twister was warm, the salad limp and not much of it, every twister I have had anywhere has been different chicken strips were ok. The person taking the order was great though, could hear everything he said, he was very polite and got the order right. For him and the fizzy ness of the drink. Why come here I hear you cry!!! Husband likes chicken, that is all

Got my order wrong - as in completely missed out my food but got my sons. Could have driven off before we realised but fortunately we opened it before so I went back. Got some free chips, but that's not really what you want. Had some original chicken. Got one lovely juicy leg, but other piece of chicken was terribly dry. Would have eaten that first if I had known.

First time getting our order right first try. Do not like that they have reduced the nhs and emergency services discount by half. But can see improvement in the service.

Foods usually pretty good but can be a bit slow when the drive through is busy. Needs a new cleaner. First time we went there she was dusting dirt and crumbs off the trays and over the cooked food we asked for replacement food that hadn't had other people's crumbs and muck chucked on it second time we visited I looked up and noticed they apparently don't clean the lampshades that hang over your food see pic of low hanging lights covered in cobwebs. Not super impressed.

Service is pretty good, foods just a bit neh for the priceFood: 4/5

Person taking the order completely clueless, put a stop on drive thru sharing buckets because they had no chicken spare yet they were offering regular box meals??? Figure that illogical nonsense out
