Had a great experience hiring an SWB van here. Minor hiccup with the electricity when I arrived, but Jodie and Dave were trying their best to resolve the issue quickly as well as keep everyone informed on progress with the issue. Nice and friendly staff who deserve a five star rating for their good service today. Jodie took the extra step to explain the location to me when I booked over the phone, instead of leaving me to the mercy of researching the location myself being a first time visitor to the place . Thumbs up ...
Really lovely people.easy to book with., Very reasonable rates. They had every scratch and dent marked down on the their car check so I could see I wouldn't be blamed for any of those.. it was very detailed so I felt very happy and relaxed when I drove away. And they were very quick to refund my deposit. I would happily use again and recommend.
Friendly & helpful service, nothing was too much trouble to put our mind at ease especially as we don't usually drive a van. Great value if you need van hire and supporting local businesses too! Would highly recommend.
Used Tavern twice recently for a daily van rental. The team were friendly, professional and very easy to do business with. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them.
Great service, used a Luton van to move house. Then couple of days later need an IKEA run, so went down there that morning hadn't booked and they sorted me out with another one. Deposit returned within a week, no issues. Cheers guys!

Exceptional service. Staff were are fantastic really nice people. Would definitely recommend.
Very slow , nearly a week to return deposit and having filled up on return , had money deducted for a ' top up' , despite having filled up at petrol station less than 1/4 mile away. Not impressed !
