Really bad service . I WAIST my time and didn't get car couse of adress check .I was on collection point with platinum credit card in hand.

Bad attitude. Walked in at 5:30pm after already booking the car rental online. The woman had a terrible attitude because she wanted to go home. Told us the computer wouldn't verify our address so she wouldn't be able to give us a car today. Terrible service will not be using this company again. Waste of time.

Easy to hire a car but the location is seriously difficult to find. The team are pleasant and courteous. The car was clean and fairly new. Just don't get a PCN because there is a £42 administration fee. I had 2 of these because I forgot to pay the Dartford crossing fee each way. I had to also pay the £5 crossing charge. The administration fee is disproportionately high for a letter!
