My lease car was in for repair at BMW, so a courtesy car was crossed hired in as part of the lease plan. All was good on collection of the vechicle. On the day my car was ready for collection at BMW Chelmsford, BMW were kind enough to advise that i could leave the courtesy car there and that they would off hire it with Enterprise. 5 Days later i get a call from Enterprise advising me that it haa only been off hired 5 days later and that i have damaged the tyre and bumper and that i need to pay the £250 excess. Not at any point did i damage the vechile or tyres. They said there was metal in the tyre. I told them that on collection i did not check the tyres or was advised to. I also did not damage the vehicle. The vehicle had been sitting in BMW Car Park for 5 days! The vehicle was also not where i had parked it when they sent me the photos. I told them i could not pay the access and that advised they would set up a payment plan. They then proceeded to try and take the full amount from my account. Since then i have had a formal letter advising me of the damage which has grown and that a futher two tyres had been damaged! Customer service is appauling. I have been scammed by Enterprise and by BMW as at any point noone told me that i was unable to leave the hire car at BMW at my own risk and that BMW are unable to say that they have receieved the car undamaged. DO NOT HIRE A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE
What a wonderful experience I have received from the Braintree Enterprise Team! Sarah and Fami, Thank you very much for making the whole process simple and easy!! Simply five stars from me!!
Shame I can’t give 0 stars. Enterprise charge £2.60 a litre to refuel but fail to provide evidence of the fuel level at delivery. You have to & I quote “take their word for it”. Whilst you’re disputing the charge on the phone, they make their colleagues attempt to charge your card before you can dispute it.
Absolutely appalling service. I pre booked a hire van online due to my own having broken down for £198 for 6 days hire. When i done this through the online booking service and throughout the check in service it stated balance to pay was £0. After they sneakily got me to sign all paperwork they then tell me that a further £200 deposit had been taken from my account without my permission. After declining the additional costs the manager then advises it takes 14 days to return my money which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore At no point throughout their monumental failure was i apologised to for the unprofessional service i received. Total waste of time and a completely deceiving way to conduct business. They'd get 0 stars if Google would allow.
Returned my car which I had collected at ipswich. The guy at Braintree was absolutely fantastic. Saw me coming towards office came out masked up. Pite, pleasant and presentable. Well done to him.
Would’ve given 6 stars if I could. Very nice services from all members of staff in special from the gentleman that dealt with my agreement. I even received a confirmation call on the day before the pick up. The only slight disappointment was that the van didn’t come with a full tank as it’s usual from all major companies.
Made a reservation which was confirmed. 2 minutes from attending to pick up the car was called on the phone and told there was no car available. Went to the site asked to speak to the manager.He refused to speak to me. I have made a complaint, lets see what the response is. 26/12/2019. Update to the complaint made. Enterprise has not replied at all. Seems they have no interest in customer satisfaction. Trustpilot only gives them 2 out of 5. Quite poor.
The staff team in Braintree Essex where absolutely fantastic supporting me in a courtesy car they even went out there way in taking me to collect my new vechicle. Mohammed, Ashley and the rest of the staff team were excellent in supporting me and making this a delightful experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family . Once again Thank you x
Hired a lovely car but had costs taken from my bank account twice. I phoned to inform enterprise and was told it would be refunded within 2 days. It wasn't and was then told it would take 2 Weeks. I told them it was unacceptable and was fobbed off with promises of someone calling me back- they never did!! I went to my bank and they took the money back for me. Poor service and unacceptable. Shame on them!
Dirty underwear left in the car & not returning my deposit!!! The car was picked up on Wednesday, I rushed around all day to get the car back in time I originally had it till 6pm but they insisted on a collection from 4pm and called me 3 times about it asking questions that I had already answered. When they delivered the car it was the wrong one, they assured me in the office that it would be a small car... I got a big car! They was just in a rush and had no communication between there staff what so ever. Then after returning from being away I was emptying the boot to find a used thong I called the office on Tuesday was told someone will call you back.... nothing Harold wood enterprise picked up the call on Wednesday evening. The lady said I will report it and get someone to call you back..... guess what?! Nothing!!! Nor have i had my deposit back... They say it takes a few days for the deposit but it didn't take as long last time so that's just rubbish. Incompetence that's what it is... Wrong car Not passing information to other staff members Not checking cars on the turn around dirty underwear REALLY!!!! Not processing refund No calling the customer back Shame on you Braintree!!!
