Recently hired a van from Enterprise for a day. The service was exceptional from start to finish and the communication was very clear and informative. I can’t recommend Ethan enough. He explained the process thoroughly, demonstrating his knowledge, and was friendly which left me feeling confident for the day. Overall I had a great experience with this team, 5/5.

Excellent customer service, really friendly, easy to give details and pick up and return the car. They gave me a good upgrade too and options.

Terrible customer service I spoke to three advisers before my booking slot not one mentioned they need physical id! No email was sent for this booking stating it. The lady luie had the ordasity to say leigh is better than southend branch. If southend is worse the company has issues!.nThey also had the wrong address my insurance company doesn't have and they did not offer a pick up service.nAnd to top it off southend branch hasn't even got a car for me today.nJust wasted 2 hours riding to leigh on sea!!nThe lady at leigh had the philosophy to say you don't go to the airport with id on your phone. No but you do not stamp passports you just scan them to put them straight online!nnGo elsewhere for better service.

Booked a 9 seater a month ago for a large family trip. Hard to source but the booking agent said that they eventually “found” one. They text me for the first time this morning on pick up day to say “oh sorry, these things happen but we don’t have it”. The booking system means absolutely nothing with this company. Avoid these jokers.

Excellent Customer Service: fast and efficient service staff are beneficial. I got a van at the very last minute and now had van hire for four weeks. Very reasonable Rates too
