One of the most poor experiences in my life, car reserved and confirmed a week before date. On day of delivery car did not turn up. Then was on hold to company to get info and centre could not be contacted. Tried to phone next morning and again centre could not be reached. 1 hour after initial call centre finally reached to be told that they had not got my car and had no alternative and didn't bother to call. An absolute shocking example of bad customer service and no interest in trying to help me. Was late for my meeting and had to pay travel costs, which I will be pursuing to reclaim from Sixt. I would suggest avoiding

Had a transit van reserved for a couple of weeks,cslled at the weekend as I hadn't heard much about it, was assured that it was "extremely unlikely that there would be a problem for this friday"., get an email today saying no vans! 3days notice. When does reservation mean bugger all? When it's with sixt Chelmsford. Thanks. Now found a decent company, £30 cheaper. Lesson learned, just a warning for others I hope. Very unreliable.
