So far so good. I have a courtesy car from Enterprise while my car is in the garage. They contacted me promptly, arranged for me to be picked up to collect the car and sent a very pleasant young woman (Aimee) who arrived punctually. Aimee took me through the paperwork efficiently, explaining everything clearly. The car was clean and ready when we finished and she made sure I was aware of the controls before I left.  I anticipate that when I return the car all will go as well.

I rarely write reviews but the highest level of service at this branch forced me to write one.

Absolute pleasure dealing with all the people I came into contact with at our local Chelmsford enterprise branch. Paperwork clearly & concisely gone through.

Extremely helpful staff, I had made an error with the dates in my booking, the staff went above and beyond to help and allow last minute alterations. 

Top notch.

Great service from beginning to end, felt personal and very well looked after.  First car didn't suit us and it was so hassle to swap for another. Highly recommended.

We were traveling from the US to the UK. We needed to rent a car from Chelmsford to Suffolk. What a delightful crew at this Enterprise! Beth is amazing-she was answering phones, taking care of customers and out washing cars for incoming customers! Patrick was knowledgeable and very patient as he explained how to drive the vehicle and where everything was located. When we returned the car, they greeted us as if they had always known us. It is very busy in the morning and it seemed as though there were repeat customers being helped-the staff was so friendly! We were a bit delayed in getting our vehicle and they gave us a discount because of it. It really gave us a good feeling to have such wonderful UK customer service!
