The worst costumer service ever... guy arrived late and we have been waiting 2h for him. When we said if we could get things moving as we are traveling to Glasgow and we need to get moving as it is a long drive, we were told “not my problem!!”. Very sad to have people serving costumers with such lack of people skills. First and last time I’ll be using europcar

Easy to place order online and pickup at the airport,desk staff helpful in explaining the return process.pleased with the car,very clean and economical.
Would definitely use you again and recommend you to others.
