went in today with an electrical issue on my car expecting the soonest booking in about three weeks. Contrary to expectation I was greeted by a gentleman named Graham who - even though having 2 cars inside, heard out my vague description of fault and decided to take a quick look at the car.  His approach was very professional and methodical, great people skills, went through the fuse box faster than a speeding bullet, checked the error codes  lights everywhere like on a christmas tree , removed them and managed to effectively narrow down the area of the fault. Magician !  I immediately booked for repair in a week  !!! I am confident in their abilities to fix the fault. This is how you make your business money and a good reputation !

I have called to ask a rough price to replace a resistor to my car. It works only at full power 5 and not 1 to 4. So I checked on internet and it's very likely related to the resistor 90%, even though I'm not an expert. The resistor costs 15 quids so it's a reasonable attempt.  I have been told that it takes 80 pound just to understand what the issue is 80 quid??, I suppose for a diagnostic, and then up to 4 hours job! I mean if a non expert like me can guess what the issue is after 5 minutes check on internet, can I believe that an expert doesn't know what it could reasonably be?  Anyway I had checked on internet before just to have an idea and the video to replace a resistor for my car lasts 4:24 minutes, it's just below the steer. What is this?  It's better to buy the diagnostic tool on internet, it costs 45 quids. I don't understand how they can charge so much. It's a very hard endeavour to find an electrician you can trust. With these prices they should at least allow us to be there and see one person working 4 hours on a resistor.

Struggled to find anyone to locate and fix a parasitic drain on my car. Eventually found these who not only diagnosed the possible cause immediately and were spot on!, I had the car back within hours! I had been told by a 'mechanic's it could take a couple of days to find the fault. Highly recommend, great service and excellent communication.
